Ingredients: lump poultry meat, pork, water, meat of mechanically deboned poultry carcasses, beef, protein stabilizer (pork skin, water), dry milk, potato starch, egg melange, nitrite salt (salt, color fixative: sodium nitrite), salt, spices and spice extracts (black pepper, allspice, cardamom), animal protein, food additives (thickeners: carob gum, guargum, xanthan gum gum, konjac gum, e407a), stabilizer: sodium polyphosphate, antioxidants (ascorbic acid, citric acid), dye: carmine, may contain traces of mustard, celery, wheat and their processed products. It should be stored at a temperature from 0°C to +6°C and a relative humidity of 75% for 30 days.
