Chicken sausage

Chicken sausage is a dietary product that does not have sodium nitrite (E 250) in it, used to give the sausage the usual pink color. Boiled and smoked chicken sausage is made from tender chicken fillet and thighs, so it has a low calorie content and is ideal for a dietary diet. Spicy spices and dried vegetables- garlic, black and allspice and nutmeg give the delicacy an original taste and appetizing aroma. The sausage has a dense elastic texture and is easily cut into thin slices. This sausage is ideal for preparing salads, appetizers, first courses, pastries and, of course, delicious sandwiches. It can be fried in a frying pan, or it can be served in the form of slicing into thin slices. Ingredients: mechanically deboned poultry meat, water, pork skin, corn starch, table salt, granulated sugar, dextrose, stabilizers (E450iiii, E450i), flavor enhancer (E621, E635), antioxidant (E316), spices (coriander), anti-tracking agent (E551), dry whey, thickener (E407), salt mixture (table salt, fixative colorings (E250)), maltodextrin, flavorings, dye (E120), antioxidant (E316), dextrose. Nutritional value of 100 g of the product (average value): protein- 19 g, fat – 11 g. Energy value - 179 kcal/ 749 kJ. Storage and use: store at a temperature from 0'C to 6'C. After opening the sealed package, it is recommended to transfer the product to another package and store it at a temperature from 0'C to 6'C and a relative humidity of 75% to 78% and use it for 48 hours within the expiration date indicated on this label. The shelf life is 30 days.
